Eligibility. Lux Peak deals with adults 19+ residing in the Lower Mainland of British Columbia. By placing an order you confirm you meet that criteria.

Ordering & delivery. Orders are placed off-platform by text or phone. We confirm the order, agree on a delivery window, and the courier collects payment in cash at the door. No online or electronic payment is offered.

Returns. Due to the nature of the products, all sales are final upon delivery. If a vial arrives damaged or compromised in transit, contact us within 24 hours and we will replace it.

Liability. You assume all risk associated with research use of any product purchased. Lux Peak's liability is limited to the price paid for the affected item.
